Ponden Mill Wedding Photographer
I was very lucky to be one of the first Piondemn Mill Wedding Photographer when it opened in 2021. Ponden Mill is a very cool wedding venue in Keighley, South Yorkshire. If you are looking for something a little different this cute little, quirky venue could be right up your street.Ponden Mill is set in the rolling hills of Haworth, South Yorkshire. An area that is steeped in Bronte Sisters history. Its been restored by the owners Barbara & Richard .They have teamed up with the cool catering team ‘Outside Kitchen’, who also help run and over see the wedding side of the business.
On the outside, it looks and feels like a traditional mill but inside its a cool, quirky & chic interior. The main dining and party area has exposed plaster walls and original features. While the bar area, houses a custom made bar, which has been created from items that were used in the mill, chesterfield sofas & funky neon signage lighting . The overall feel is relaxed with rustic vibe. While the outdoor has is just countryside heaven. You can get married indoors or outdoors, and the venue holds up to 150 guests indoors.

Dogs at Weddings
Georgia, Ben & their cute little dog Chicco , who was actually the star of the show! – were a dream to photography. Love doggies at weddings, and with more wedding venues becoming dog friendly so are doggies at weddings too couples ?

Quirky Weddings
The Mill also has the added extra of the stunning & unique Falling Water overnight accommodation for bride & Groom. Richard and Barbara styled Falling Water on the Frank Lloyd Wright building of the same name, looking to create something that embraced and blended with its surroundings. The building invites you to settle into Yorkshire’s scenery and history. The cabin is just off the Pennine Way and you can walk a quick section or make big hikes south to the canal town of Hebden Bridge or north to East Marton. Deer sometimes come to drink from the stream, owls hunt in the woodland and the whole area rustles with wildlife as the water flows past.
