Well I’m so excited to finally be a Rudding Park, Harrogate Wedding Photographer, this set in the stunning countryside Hotel and sap is truly an elegant Harrogate wedding venue.  This luxury Harrogate resort, has three restaurants; including 1 MICHELIN Star immersive dining experience FIFTY TWO, a kitchen garden and private cinema. Set in 300 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, Rudding Park is one of  the most beautiful hotel in Harrogate. I met Emily at a wedding fair and we instantly hit it off. She told me all about their stunning venue and I was super excited when she emailed the next day to book me to be her Rudding Park – Harrogate Wedding Photographer.

We booked Jules for our wedding in September at Rudding Park in Harrogate and she was amazing! We are not really the most photogenic or posey couple for photographs, we just wanted to be relaxed and enjoy as much as we could of our day with our guests. Jules definitely did this for us! River Barn is a very chic,  contemporary Lancashire wedding barn, set in the beautifully landscaped gardens and woodlands. On the outskirts of Preston, in Poulton-le-Fylde. The stunning walled gardens make a gorgeous backdrop for your wedding portraits, giving both contemporary and country vibes. Amy & Keiran’s wedding is not my first time at River Barn in Lancashire, as I’ve had the plasure of several weddings as a  River Barn wedding photographer. So I know this gorgeous Lancashire wedding venue really well and of course it’s always lovely to be back.

This was my first time photographing a Winter wedding at the River Barn in Lancashire and what a fabulous December day it was. As a River Barn Wedding Photographer you have the advantage of many stunning backdrops for portraits.  The beautiful pathways are an ideal area for all your family portraits.

Jules is the most incredibly talented photographer! We booked her for our wedding 2 years ago and had a pre-wedding engagement shoot a year earlier to familiarize ourselves with the camera experience. Get to know the couple

• How did you meet?- We met on Bumble in Oct 2021 and our first date was at mini golf in central London, what was supposed to be a 2-hour date MAX was a full 8 hours of taking until the bar kicked us out!
• Tell me a little about the proposal – We were in Egypt and had got up at 5am from jet lag and decided on a walk along the beach. At the edge of the pier Kieran proposed and it was so beautiful with the beach scenery but no-one around. Although the ring almost fell into the sea it was perfect!
• What made your choose your venue? -The perfect mix of modern and rustic features, as well as the friendly staff and incredible fireplace which is *chefs kiss* for a winter wedding.

After a 10 year gap of photographing West Tower weddings in Lancashire, 2024 has definitely made up for it! Ashley & Shaun’s autumn wedding was my third time this year as Wedding Photographer at West Tower, which has been a real treat. My bride Ashley really made the most of the Autumn Theme, making it absolutely beautiful. She choose the perfect suppliers to make her vision happen and me to capture it all, which was a real privilege. Dreamy walk through the woods for 10 minutes to capture their relaxed portraits , was just wonderful. My husband and I first met Jules at one of the biggest wedding fayres in the North West as we specifically went to find a photographer for our wedding day. Within 10 minutes of speaking to Jules  we instantly knew she was the one! Up until the build up to our big day, Jules was nothing but reassuring and made sure we were ready for our big day in terms of photographs. Jules made sure she captured every perfect moment and fine detail. I just cannot explain how much she made us feel at ease on the day and to be honest none of us even remembered that she was actually there taking photos she hid that well!! What we asked for was captured and even made getting everyone together to be in photos work like clockwork!

West Tower Weddings – get to know the couple

• Tell me a little about the proposal. – Jonathan had booked for us to stay at the Lakes Spa Hotel in Bowness on 8 March 2022 as part of my valentine’s gift. I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel and said I’d love to stay there one day as they have Jacuzzis on the balconies. We had planned to go out for food that evening but decided to go for a walk whilst the sun was setting as it was a lovely spring evening. Whilst on a walk overlooking Lake Windermere, he decided to get down on one knee and pop the question which was a lovely surprise. It was just us two in the moment and it felt so special.
• What made your choose your venue? I had been researching wedding venues online and instantly fell in love with West Tower as you could have the ceremony on site and stay overnight too. The interior and gardens surrounding the venue is just stunning. We both went to look around and knew instantly it was the one and what we wanted. I got this feeling inside and knew I wanted to get married there.

We initially met in Venue nightclub. 6 months later we bumped into each other again at the Deaf institute. We then went on our first date!
