River Barn Wedding Photographer

River Barn is a very chic, contemporary Lancashire wedding barn, set in the beautifully landscaped gardens and woodlands. On the outskirts of Preston, in Poulton-le-Fylde. The stunning walled gardens make a gorgeous backdrop for your wedding portraits, giving both contemporary and country vibes. Amy & Keiran’s wedding is not my first time at River Barn in Lancashire, as I’ve had the plasure of several weddings as a River Barn wedding photographer. So I know this gorgeous Lancashire wedding venue really well and of course it’s always lovely to be back.

This was my first time photographing a Winter wedding at the River Barn in Lancashire and what a fabulous December day it was. As a River Barn Wedding Photographer you have the advantage of many stunning backdrops for portraits. The beautiful pathways are an ideal area for all your family portraits.

Jules is the most incredibly talented photographer! We booked her for our wedding 2 years ago and had a pre-wedding engagement shoot a year earlier to familiarize ourselves with the camera experience. The pictures from this are amazing and I truly cannot wait to receive our wedding photos! The way she captures natural photos in the most beautiful way is unmatched!

Get to know the couple

How did you meet?- We met on Bumble in Oct 2021 and our first date was at mini golf in central London, what was supposed to be a 2-hour date MAX was a full 8 hours of taking until the bar kicked us out!
Tell me a little about the proposal – We were in Egypt and had got up at 5am from jet lag and decided on a walk along the beach. At the edge of the pier Kieran proposed and it was so beautiful with the beach scenery but no-one around. Although the ring almost fell into the sea it was perfect!
What made your choose your venue? -The perfect mix of modern and rustic features, as well as the friendly staff and incredible fireplace which is *chefs kiss* for a winter wedding.
