Woodland Themed Wedding
Love a wedding with chic theme, and Lucy’s woodland theme was just that. From the flowers & décor, Lucy got it just right. All florals displays were designed by talented ladies at The Rose Boutique in Wigan. These really helped to set the scene, creating a magical vibe, which starting at the front door right through the house into the dining room. Lucy’s wedding dress and personal styling, especially her amazing hair styling was perfect for the theme. She looked just like she had just walked off the set of ‘Games of Thrones’, aka fairy woodland princess.

Ok – so when your taking couples portraits at Ashfield House, your basically spoilt for choice of where to shoot. Inside or outside its AMAZING! – The sun sets down into the front gardens, making for some awesome golden hour photo opportunities. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing several wedding here and believe me the light is ? . I decided that for Lucy & Simon’s portraits we of course went into the wood lands area. The perfect spot for their romantic moments & a little bit of quiet time. The party, as with all parties at Ashfield was off the scale. Giving me plenty of great photo moments to capture in my party candid style. I love this part of the day as everyone is a little more – relaxed shall we say!!?. So the guard is down and no one is holding back. Thanks for having me Ashfield House.
