Bride & Groom
I met Sonia & her mum at the Great Northern Wedding Fair in Bolton. We hit it off straight away she booked me on the day. We met up again before the wedding at the venue and this time a met Matt. It was going to be my first time shooting at the venue so a look around was great. It was a stunning Easter weekend when we met and we joked that the weather would have to be really good to beat the glorious sunshine. Then their June wedding turned out to be the HOTTEST day on record in June for over 20 years!
Colourful Wedding Photographer
Colour is my THING!. This wedding was a total dream for a colour lover like me. The gardens were in full bloom, the lighting was intense; so the colour in Sonia& Matt’s portraits was just popping. The rose gardens to the back of the hall, is a stunning area that I discovered nosing around on the morning of the wedding. We used the roses as a stunning backdrop to our couples portraits. The walls & windows at the back of building were an inspiration too – LOVE a wall. Just to warn if you do book me to photography you big day. If i see a good wall; i’m probably going to stand you in front of it:)
