Browsholme Hall is one of the Ribble Valley’s most historical wedding venues. Its set in the most beautiful gardens, with acres of land and its own lake. I’m so blessed to be one of their recommended Lancashire wedding photographers and in the past 7 years have photographed over 25 weddings at this stunning Lancashire wedding venue.  Summer 2020 the owners of Browsholme Hall added two new outdoor ceremony areas to their vast grounds. I was so thrilled when the owners Amanda & Robert asked me to photograph them both for the venues new website. What a privilege to be the first Lancashire wedding photographer to shoot a Woodland wedding at Browsholme Hall.

This epic styled shoot was set over 2 days. Day one was this delightful outdoor shoot and Day 2 was all about indoors with Rustic Love element of the shoot. So back to day one and the NEW outdoor areas include the beautiful lilypond for outdoor ceremonies and the woodland glade, which are both completely stunning.  Take a look – Who wouldn’t want to get married here?

Golden    Hour   Wedding   Photographer

When we planned these photoshoots I was secretly dreaming of a Golden Hour.❤ I’ve photographed so many at Browsholme and they are always spectacular.  When we got one. OH MY!. Being in the woods made it extra special as the light dapples through the trees in beams making a spotlight effect. Needless to say I was in my element. Photography is all about great light, but the golden hour is another level of special.  Myself and Mike the videographer on the shoot, had a good 10 minutes to play with our amazing models and this truly beautiful light. If you love the outdoors and your dream wedding is set in woodland. I’ve not experienced a better location that this. It is truly AWESOME!!

Twilight     Weddings     Lancashire

The final part of the shoot was at dusk around (6pm – early October) so a little later than a twilight wedding which would be around 4pm. These portraitures would be a gorgeous addition to any wedding photo set. We wanted to showcase Amore Stylings Festoon Lighting which looked amazing surrounding the lilypond and just check those reflections.. melt!!
